From their FAQ:

Q. My phone line is rotary dial, not tone. Is that OK?

A. Bellnexxia requires that you have tone-dial (not rotary dial) to have DSL service.

We have customers with rotary dial. Not sure why NCF can't do it...

Sure, but you only get 40GB/month, which, if you share, are very likely to exceed and get billed for, DOH!

I do find it strange that for a Freenet, it's not more competitive affordable. I think someone from NCF confirmed they use TSI's routing, why not just go for a TSI (Teksavvy) Premium account (200GB/month) instead for the same price?

I like the part about encouraging shared use of a DSL account. Thats something you'd never see from the big boys.
