I pay a "delivery charge" and a "billing/administrative fee" In the summer, my "fees" for my NG is more then the gas itself. What would you people want Sprint to call it? "Pass the buck charge"? Or hows this. "Just because we can charge" or "The FCC told us not too but we are anyway recover fee".
