DotMac4 Shill H8r Premium join:2007-10-26 Huntington Beach, CA	Franchises fees are only for television services and go to the local gov't much like a tax. I don't know what your FCC regulatory fee is. It sure sounds like a bullcrap un-fee and I don't have such a fee on my bill. But I only have HSI, no telephony or CATV.
