Re: hooking up isdn at home

ISDN will only be available from your local telephone company. You might check on a business installation instead of a home one. Often the same rules don't apply to both.

Is that true? When I googled ISDN, there was an ad for dedac.com, and they have ISDN access numbers just like dial-up. That seems to imply that, if you have an ISDN modem, you can set it to dial the local access number without involving your phone company.
