With no governing body like the SEC in America these Canadian companies think they're above all laws and make their own laws. I could just image if Bell branched out into banking and insurance we'd have a subprime mess far worst than America. What Canada needs is more courts and prisons so companies who pull this are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law not make themselves the lawmakers. Like i said it's pretty bad when Americans have to come up to Canada to prosecute Ceos because Canada just turns a blind eye and giggles. Well for old Conrad it ain't no laughing matter now. I'm very sure at least ninety percent of all companies listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange are corrupt with fake books and reportings. Yes and they go on about China and Japan well they don't need to look farther than here.
