At least verizon is consistent in their abuse of customers.I too have been one of the non-existent customers. The best part isn't the customer service though, it's the billing department.After they have made you totally crazy with the ordering/install/don't exist BS then they really start in on you with a bill that looks like it was prepared by Medicare(in that it makes no sense at all and is indecipherable, inaccurate and totally unresolvable). Basically every FIOS customer has to take the attitude and approach that one day the service will be turned off due to verizons incompetence.Make sure you have all your documentation, records, order #'s, employee names and the times you called. Verizon is a total slimeball, sleazoid outfit.Eventually the way they treat customers will drive them to near bankruptcy and they will start suing customers for bogus payments they were billed for, finally gave up on trying to resolve and were forced to walk away from due to Verizons incompetence and greed.
