I am also a ViaTalk affiliate who has been having problems with receiving my commission payment for the past 2 months. I emailed the affiliate manager multiple times, but have not received any sort of reply. Two days ago I filed a complaint with the BBB, but after seeing this post and hearing some of you say that you received your payment from ViaTalk through talking to Brendan on these forums, I'm more hopeful about getting it. So if you're reading this Brendan, please contact me to fix this situation and I'll notify the BBB that the situation has been solved. Thanks. |
