KrK : For a number of years now AT&T has people on this site that actually provide troubleshooting and problemsolving in the AT&T Direct forum.

This has been a boon, and kudos to AT&T for doing it. The people who work in that forum get a lot of frustrating problems fixed everyday.

So I would rank it like this:

Tech Support:

Via Phone/email etc: Poor/Questionable (Especially if you get overseas call-centers)

Via DSL/BBR Reports: Awesome!
--
"Regulatory capitalism is when companies invest in lawyers, lobbyists, and politicians, instead of plant, people, and customer service." - former FCC Chairman William Kennard (A real FCC Chairman, unlike the current Corporate Spokesperson in the job!)
