Wow

I think the next vonage article should be about what companies haven't filed suit against them.

Actually, I did.

Supergirl v. Vonage

Supergirl filed suit against Vonage under the federal laws for "Internet Annoyance." The plaintiff said the ads she frequently sees on the Internet are annoying and causes her headaches. An expert in headaches tested the Plaintiff and found the Vonage ads did cause her to have headaches and were clearly annoying on the PET scan running at the time. The doctor said, "I actually now hate these annoying commecials myself. Why do they have to use Orange? And that V log is uhhgglee!"

now i don't particularly like vonage nor their business practices but it sucks that this company has to be the leader in voip. Basically people will feel if vonage falls so does voip. Now i dont want to hear about comcast's digital phone service.

How can Vonage manage to stay in business with all the money there loosing in lawsuits filed by other company's? If they loose this lawsuit they might as well file chapter 13 and get it over with. At least if there not in business they can't get by anyone else.
