| Please, not Calgary "new US call center handling calls previously outsourced to Canada".
I hope they aren't pulling the plug on the Calgary call center. When I've had problems in the past, Calgary always has the answer, the solution and solves the problem immediately. Texas, St. Louis and even my local call center will scratch their heads, make stupid recommendations (unplug the router and the modem as if I hadn't already tried that).
Once, the St. Louis call center told me he'd email Calgary and they'd solve the problem in the morning! I always ask when calling CS what city they are in. I avoid Texas like the plague. St. Louis people are nice but not usually able to solve a problem. Calgary works every time for me. |
