Cable Internet problem

anon : Hi guys:
Recently my cable internet is always disrupted these two weeks. The internet connectivity is UP and DOWN. The downtime can be the half day long. It will backup all of a sudden.
I called the TW's tech support and they sent techs to check. They arrived and checked the signals and found the signals were weak, unstable, and in the unacceptable range thus causing the disruption.
Then they scheduled a few appointment for outside fix. However, they still haven't resolved the issue at all. Just this past Saturday, I had appointment scheduled Saturday to attempt to fix the box outside. The result, I have the downtime on the whole Saturday night and Sunday night (*Saturday morning and Sunday morning were fine).
I believe some slower (re****) didn't do the job probably. Taking two weeks to fix the signal is certainly unacceptable . As I have been a loyal customer of TW, this issue is making me about switching to different ISPs. I mean, come on, if I am a business customer and having 2 weeks downtime, I will lose hundred of thousands $$$.

Can anybody know how to resolve this issue ASAP? I mean, after December, if i still got the downtime, I m gonna sign up for DSL or FIOS or whatever options are available.

Sincerely;
