Re: Teleblend Inbound calls issue

We are having the same issue... at first, we thought a cable issue when we did not have a dial tone and our router was causing us a problem getting the internet, but then discovered that people could not reach uson the VoIP and started calling our cell phone (thankfully we have them).

We decided not to waste our time on the Teleblend "customer (dis)service line" this time and already asked Vonage the transfer the number.

I had expected to see more out her in cyberspace about this issue, but I suspect there are sooo few of us customers that it's not really "that big a deal". On a positive note, they have failed to bill us the last few months, so it's not like we're paying for this now... (as we did with SunRocket).

I did try to log in today to teleblend.net and it just said "account closed" -- have you checked your account? Perhaps they simply closed you, too, without letting you know?
