<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/594412"><b>TKJunkMail</b></A> : <b>This one attempt failed.</b> But this is only the beginning of the fight to get immunity for the telcos. The House didn't pass a FISA bill with immunity in it. And the Senate still has to consider a competing bill and amendments before the Senate can pass a FISA bill with immunity. And even then, if the Senate ultimately passes immunity it has to go to a Senate/House joint committee for negotiations and then be passed again by both House and Senate.
