| Why bother Why should Qwest bother with an aggressive upgrade plan when their real hope is a sellout of their business to Vz or ATT? Qwest offers their customers the least for the most$, compared to the other LECs. They are consistently behind the curve. Living in a region served by Qwest, I can only say the day they either fold or get bought cannot come too soon. They are the Amish of the telcom/tech world. And who thinks they should offer IPTV when they can't get POTS right, anyhow? |
