Jet Broadband in Radford, from bad to worse

I have had problems with Jet ever since they took over here. I have talked to them several times. It seems as though my speed drops in the evening, down to around 100kbps, if that. If I call them and complain it suddenly gets better. Do they have the ability to slow us down as they wish or am I just imagining that? Needless to say, I know there is a problem and they refuse to admit it. I have had the same equipment, with the same setup for years in the same place and now all of a sudden it doesn't work. What gives??

I thought it was my network for a long time, and then I found out that Jet had taken over at the same time all of my problems started. I asked them what they were doing to fix the problem and they insisted that there was no problem. I did manage to get a month's credit out of them though.

It's a good thing I am moving to Roanoke where cox offers 12mbps with almost 100% uptime for only $56.99. Jet is $39.99 for 2mbps that rarely reaches above and average of 500kbps.
