Qwest or USWest or Mountain Bell which one. The fall behind the curve started with Qwest being allowed to plunder USWest. USWest had DSL service almost of before most major companies. USWest had Airtouch or a part of it. They had a cable company ? sold to I believe ATT. USWEST was plundered legally.
There are still some people working at the new Qwest that care and are ahead of the curve. Just not as much cash or credit available as other companies.
Bring in another CEO looking for his next retirement quick. They need young new forward thinking CEO. Not a old guy that has been around. Has experience but just looking out for his masters.
