SMB VOIP product
high margin T1 business
pre-wimax business
LPV residential VOIP

Just got bid by PE for about 1x sales. Why build it for $350 mil in two years rather than buy it for $600 mil now?

 Because Qwest would crush them with baby bell thinking.

Qwest needs to be bought, but nobody wants it.

Now if we could pass a national FTTH bill, then yes Qwest is desirable for all that wonderful tax money!

Nobody wants the rural telco without some backend $$$.
