Re: Is BitTorrent killing my AT&T DSL?

I can't have dsl where i live so i have time warner cable. i have a linksys wrt54g and use utorrent and had similar problems. i followed the firmware upgrade to the linksys listed in the faq and it solved my problem. you might try checking their faq, »utorrent.com/faq.php, to see if any of the issues listed fit your specific problem.

Re: Is BitTorrent killing my AT&T DSL?

I used to be over there in SWBT territory (till I moved across) when I did bit torrent I limited my uploads to about and no greater than 128kbps (768kbps max upstream). I would make sure I didn't do any greater than 2-5 max.
