I feel sorry for those that do have an outage, but every phone company has some sort of outage either due to technical problems or mother nature. My mom has an outage with AT&T about every other week in her area, but I guess it's not large enough to be news worthy  | |

I've had pots for almost 25 years and not till the last year, I've had more "issues" within the past 12 months with AT&T then I've had all the previous other times and I've lived everywhere from Hawaii to Florida (various telco's). So, 2 outages on a pots line, lasting for more then 5 days on one, 2 on another. So, what does that tell ya? That nothing is immune to technical burps. Count yourself lucky, at least you didn't have Sunrocket..  | |
