Dump iDen

Since they'll rollout the qChat PTT network on CDMA next year, they need to shutdown the iDen network ASAP. They should stop selling iDen only phones and give away iDen/CDMA/qChat combo phones next year and then shutdown the iDen network. They may lose a million users but they need to take the hit and move on.

Get that done and improve customer support and they're back on track.

Tulsa, OK		 iDEN has to go away anyways as a merger condition so I'm sure they'll get right on that.

what a huge pile of shit this guy has been handed. I would feel sorry for him if he weren't former ATT.
