| Dump iDen Since they'll rollout the qChat PTT network on CDMA next year, they need to shutdown the iDen network ASAP. They should stop selling iDen only phones and give away iDen/CDMA/qChat combo phones next year and then shutdown the iDen network. They may lose a million users but they need to take the hit and move on.
Get that done and improve customer support and they're back on track. |
