what troubles

I have RCN and I have not seen any problems with Torrents. i use Utorrent and downloaded a linux distro last night no problem and left on sharing for a few hours. I will cancel my hdtv service if my connection is being screwed with and go satellite and keep their internet only for basic utility & gaming.

I wonder if those guys who were having problems checked their pings times and packet health within rcn routers. I know RCN has bad problems from time 2 time.
