I will never write a review of BS because i am informed enough to know NOT to go with them in the first place. I am just trying to educate others on this site on how bad BS service really is for the $$ you pay for. If a new user would read this review and sign up with BS for a nice 1+ year contract and then find out their torrents are capped, they would feel really bad that they trusted such a review/site in the first place. Again, i'm just stating the facts when they are lacking so that users can make a proper decision. That's why there are reviews here in the first place and the possibility for others to leave comments..

I'm simply stating some facts about BS that were not mentioned in the review and that might influence a user that cares about those things to make the right decision in regards to his needs.
And while i'm at it, here's one more thing : BS Phone Technical Support sux beyond belief. Be warned if you ever have to call them.

My point is, what's negative to you is not negative to others. So there's no need to add to someone's review if it doesn't belong there since it's not your review. It's not your POV.
For example, you state "Low Caps for what you pay". That's again, your opinion, not a fact since the value of a service is a matter of perception. I may think Honda's aren't worth the price, however you may thing otherwise. Again, perception of value.
You also mention P2P. If this user doesn't use P2P, then how does it apply? How does it apply to anyone else who sees this review and they don't use P2P either? What if their in an area that isn't traffic managed?
And then you question their rating based on what YOU perceive the value of the service is?! |

If the user has no idea what P2P is or if he doesn't care about caps, then good for him/her. I'm just stating some facts about BS services so that potential users know what they're about to get into. Where's the problem with that ? Yes, it is my opinion that the rating this review gets is way too high as there is not even a mention of the shortcomings of BS. Feel free to take it as you like, this is obviously just my opinion. Hopefully, potential BS customers will read this dialogue and make their own, potentially more informed, decision on whether they should sign up with BS or not.

| He mentions good speed yet states he's only on a 3 meg connection and is paying for either a 5 or 7 meg connection. I can't see this as being good speed. He's been on dsl reports all these years yet forgets what sympatico did to the newsgroups throughout the years. |
