Huntersville, NC | Love and hate I love having all the new channels and even more would be nice, but right now, I'm hating the audio issues that plague a few channels here and there. Lots of hiccups and occasionally the channel starts to pixelate into gray. The gray is easy to fix, but the audio starts to get annoying. It doesn't happen on most HD channels, just a handful. |

1 edit | This problem is often seen when the new slimlines get out of line with the sats All signals on the 103b should be above 90% the 101 sat should be from 95-100%. A common issue to look for is if the even and odd transponders show a pattern of high and lows, which means the dish is just slightly out of line. The alignment procedure of the new slimline is much easier than the old dishes, the slimline has a fine adjustment mechanism. This will fix the pixelation issues, but the audio sync is another issue. |
