So true, Verizon DSL is no better, Of course their Magic 8 Ball is defective and has been recalled as their 8 Ball was afraid of being tortured more. ;) As It kept locking up after a bit.

Yes, I've done this. Although, I didn't get the monthly rate reduce, the CSR just credited my account for X dollars times Y months. I still have $105.00 credit on my account. Essentially, I had a credit for a total 5 months of FiOS 15/2Mbps, still about two more to go!
