How about the bane of EVERY bill. When YOU make a mistake, there's h!@# to pay, when THEY make a mistake, it's "we'll get back to ya on that".

My experience: Tech Support will not quote prices. They will refer you to the 'billing & payments' department. When calling 888-553-1555, be sure to indicate to the automated voice-response system that your call is in regards to 'billing.' This is the best bet when you need to acquire accurate prices for your area.
