Re: They know not what they sell... Jeez, if I were you, I'd tell them myself and get them wired. Just make sure they're aware of the billing snafu's so they're prepared to fix them.
FiOS is still pretty good, despite the billing crap. |

My understanding is that FiOS pricing and speeds vary considerably from region to region. If the kiosk guy below is correct, then I think he'd sign up in a heartbeat as long as they'd let him suspend the service for a few months over the summer like they do with current pots/dsl. |
