| Sic transit gloria ELN! I have seen the best and worst of times. Back in the 90's, I was ecstatic with ELN. Their customer support was brilliant and always gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling.
My last experience, a couple of years ago, was a slow painful journey through the dysfunctional bowels of hell! After every contact with ELN I found myself sitting at home in a cold rage, wishing the plague upon everyone at that sad excuse for an ISP.
So, I'll put a special bottle of bubbly in the fridge for the day they finally put this thing out of its misery for good!  |
