Considering an RPI and T1 setup

has anyone had experience with these services specifically? The prices are considerably lower than AT&T so our small business is highly considering making the switch.

We use several solutions from XO ranging from PRI, T1, T1/3Mbit flex (voice and data over same line), DS3, and recently Ethernet across our 25 offices. Rarely do we have any issues. Most of the time XO is just selling their services over at&t circuits anyways. SO depending on your location you shouldn't notice any performance difference.

Are you using the PRI for Videoconferencing? If so, is the quality good?

We have T1 for data/voice and are switching to the Flex 3Mbit package to support thin client access to a new office in NY. Generally, the T1 service is fine (~12 voice lines, 768K synchronous data rate). Outages occur only about 1 time per couple of months and are short-lived (1 hour). I am hoping to have good results with the Flex Package.

No, we are using the PRI just for voice only through a PBX. In our Houston office we have a single 24 channel PRI supporting about 70 people on a regular daily basis that works well. We haven't done much video conferencing, but we have at least a 45Mbit data line separate from each PRI in our larger offices to support that in the future with our internal VoIP system.
