they might make if they start offering service with major cable companies like time Warner, comcast, cox, RCN, sudden link and all other cable companies.
They did that back in 2002 with TWC (& Roadrunner) and also Comcast. It never worked too well; the billing models couldn't keep up with the deals the cable companies offered.
