[HSI] Very slow upload speed in Alhambra, CA

I have the 10Mb/1Mb package with Charter. For the last 1 week I have been getting very lousy upload speed with Charter (around 56kb/s) while the download is fine. I live in the Alhambra, CA area. One funny thing I've noticed is that I consistently get the same IP address which begins with 24.205.x.x. Anybody has any issue like this? BTW, my signal is within specs since day 1.

I'm having the exact same problems... I get normal download but exteremely slow upload!!!

it sucks because when i called up charter... it fowards me to customer service in the phillipines and they dont seem to be able to do anything about it. I demanded to speak to charter communications USA.... they gave me the address of the local office...... but said they didnt have the phone number and i would have to drive there!!!!!

Two thumbs down for charter... if i had more than 2 hands i'd give more thumbs down...
