I've run UTorrent across a Speedstream 4100 for the past 2 years with no problem. I have the 5M/1M Elite package. I run as many as 10 torrents at once, with no limits on upload or download.
I did have problems with the Linksys WRT54GS choking and slowing down so I switched to a DLink DIR-655. I've not seen any problems with the DSL circuit itself, just my router.
