I live in Central PA - Altoona to be specific (16601); I've heard rumors of VZ goosing their speeds to 7mbps - I havent seen much on the forum about it - do people know what the distance quals are? pricing?

I'm in the Pittsburgh area and I called about it yesterday.
The only thing she could tell me is that it's not available right now, but she did know what I was talking about.

It is a limited roll out for the time being. Some CO's have to be upgrade to support the bandwidth. Just like the 3m upgrade those on RT's will not get it right away. |
