When I had a level 1 access number, My pings (seriously) were from 35-70 at the highest. It really depends on if you get a good access number. MSN switched off their level 1 numbers so now I'm stuck with this level 3 number that bounces from server to server giving me the 75-100 ping range. Hope this helps.
