I'll keep that in mind. |

Drudge is not an idiot. he serves a purpose by putting this story out there---the purpose in this situation is to give an extra push to another Republican candidate. |

NOVA_GuyObamaCare Kills AmericansPremium join:2002-03-05 | reply to morbo We need to have some right wing media out there to counteract all the left wing liberal media propaganda. If it wasn't for Fox (which, BTW, is fair and balanced) then we would have nothing other than a sea of reporters who feel justified in pushing their own leftist socialism down the throats of America. -- Some terrorists don't wear rags on their head, go without showers for weeks, and smell like camel crap. | Too bad you weren't being sarcastic since the overwhelming majority of informative media in this country is right wing, conservative, and very partisan. To think otherwise is to be blinded by the... right wing, conservative, and very partisan media you are exposed to.
That propaganda you refer to is the truth but you know that already it's just that the truth hurts and doesn't fit in with how your view of the country should be.
Do you think your multi-billion dollar liberal media outlet is going to do anything that will hurt them being a multi-billion dollar liberal media outlet? No they're not and I think the big oil, and take some drugs to make you feel better commercials they're so fond of spell that out pretty clearly.
And your silly little signature. Nothing like lies to spread your beliefs eh? And you should be supporting Hillary like there's no tomorrow because that's your only hope since there's isn't a redneck in this country that isn't secure enough to vote for a woman. Every wonder why you don't hear many people liking her as a candidate yet she seems to poll so good? Think multi-billion dollar media.
I love a good joke to break up the boring afternoons. |

The fact that you tie your identity to the label "Proud Conservative Republican", and equate democrats to terrorists pretty much destroys your credibility as someone who can make an honest assessment of anything political, let alone political media bias. |

None appear to be part of a right wing anything. If anything, the opposite is true, which is why RaTHer is now with HDNet instead of disgraced CBS News.
Meanwhile he also links (every day) to everyone ('s columns) from Rosie O' Donnell to Eleanor Clift and Pravda to Islamic Rep Wire.
You only see what you want to see but it's ALL there for anyone who bothers to look. |

Meanwhile, he also go after idiots like McCain. Being a war hero doesn't excuse idiocy and selling out the American people nearly 4 decades later.
In this instance Drudge is pointing out that the Times has learned being locked in a box and beaten doesn't inoculate you from being a typical political whore who should be thrown out of Congress. |

Most Americans couldn't care less about politicians having dealings with lobbyists. That's like saying the sky is blue.
If someone really wants to legitimately trash McCain, one need only point out his support of civil rights for the illegal enemy combatants in Club Gitmo, as well as his undying support of shamnesty for illegal aliens. -- Only SHATNER is Kirk. |

 | reply to pnh102 said by pnh102:I don't follow. Stephen Colbert is an actor who plays a commentator on a TV show. Matt Drudge simply shows links to news stories and pictures on his website. Both are very conservative slanted. One (Colbert) is satire and the other (Drudge) wants to be taken seriously. Matt does more than just link stories. Often times he either misrepresents the story or point with his own commentary, chooses those articles that show only his point of view, or simply makes stuff up and says something like, "more details to follow."
The guy is a conservative hack and Colbert is pretending to be a conservative hack. Thus the comment I made. |
