Howdy, Cudni!

MRU-Blaster here, from Javacool software. The single safest one-- it truly is 'safe'!

Also Registry Mechanic every once in a blue moon, just for S&G.

And I've got one that's part of my SystemSuite software-- I don't know what it's called, though. It's listed in the menu as 'Registry Fixer'.

Used to use CCleaner, but no more. It's fine, though.

RegSeeker I love-- aggressive as hell! A person can truly bork things up with that one!
I don't currently use it or have it installed, however.

Eusing I've tried but didn't like-- just didn't suit my style, I guess.

RegCure is a spyware and Trojan-installing scamware pay program-- I don't use or recommend it.

So I'm voting 'some', 'none', and 'all'.

Very nice poll!

I chose CCleaner and other, namely Tune-Up Utilities 2008 and Eusing Free Registry Cleaner. I discovered Eusing while searching around here.

I use CCleaner and keep backup files for a few weeks to be sure. A lesson well learned.

I'm quite suprised Abexo didn't make the list. It's a great & small program for XP and Vista. I've been using it for a long time now.

Great poll btw!

JV16 of course! One of the best ones out there plus the author is extremely generous with licensing. Bought a copy of reg supreme years ago and beta tested powertools for him. Gave me a 5 user license and have yet to pay for an upgrade. Best part about it he listens to the users and their requests. This is why I vote for JV16!

Nice poll, Cudni!

I'm somewhat embarrassed that I checked six boxes! I have that many in my arsenal, but I mainly use Tuneup Utilities - it's never let me down.

Happy Holidays!

Great Poll Cudni See Profile Thank you!

I've played around with a few just to see what it is they do.

In the end though, I prefer to mess the Registry up all by myself with Regedit.
I'm perfectly capable of hosing my machine even without a pretty GUI.

CrapCleaner and Resplendent Registrar are my only 2.

Used to love EasyCleaner, but it just felt outdated to me.

Thanks for the poll, Cudni See Profile!

I don't clean the registry very often (never did) but when I do it's CCleaner, Regseeker and on rare occasions Eusing Registry Cleaner.

Hi Cudni,

Thank you for doing a poll on software I'm very interested in. I just voted on the 2 that I run, Registry Mechanic and CCleaner. I have to say that I find CCleaner a little agressive except that it does find and will delete those Perflib_Perfdata.dat files that other programs done seem to be able to remove.

Thanks again for the poll, Michael.
