What am I missing here? I know I don't have the full picture.
I think that the legal hook they base a lawsuit on is that the sued person encouraged an insider who has signed a non-disclosure agreement to release confidential info. Or the sued person signed a non-disclosure agreement at some private company presentation and then released the info.
