We've no phone service for over a week and tried calling and were on hold for over 3 hours with no responses. No responses to any of our trouble tickets. Something is happening to this company!! |

| It's happening to me now. No inbound calls. Two hours on the phone with an idiot who told me my firewall was the problem. It wasn't. They told me I could set call forwarding on my old sunrocket login. I couldn't. Can't turn off autopay. They have my number. Telebelnd is my worst nightmare. |
