I finally settled on this beauty  Though it's bigger than the one above, it allows for a full-sized CD-Rom (which is much cheaper than the slim-line), and this case is cheaper also When I assemble it I will put an update with a photo

finally I made the photos I threatened to show before 
I took off the metal casing as it keeps more heat inside. The CPU temp is now 27C max.
Notice "no" power supply - there is a DC port on the bottom left where I plug in the external power bloc. The power supply is fanless and silent.
I bought a DVD burner* - THE QUIETEST THING EVER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
