Are there any free programs to sort out spam for Outlook E?

I can't afford much but that doesn't mean I should have to be subjected to 200 spam emails a day. Are there any free programs that work well enough with Outlook Express or Outlook on WinXP Home?

I agree that Gmail is good at blocking out the spam. I have resorted to that now but my main email can only be received through OE.
