Any google search will find the patents that AT&T have, it's not like it's a secret or anything. The problem is, which patents is the problem because the ones available are too broad, which I think was his original point.
It's no different than me having a patent on the wheel and everyone wondering what the mystery patent in question is concerning my lawsuit with the automotive industry. Sometimes you just have to put the two together.  |
