| Kaspersky got me! I use KAV 7 and I got the Windows Explorer virus. I deleted the file and it caused nearly 12 hours of havoc. After I got back to normal KAV squealed again. Wisely, I didn't delete the file. An updated definition came down and fixed the problem a few minutes later.
I don't think they're getting worse, just a very bad false positive.
Still, I'm gonna be extra careful when going to delete files. |
