Charter here in Gwinnett had that problem about a week ago. It took several days for VOD to work again. Interestingly enough, whatever change they made has now encrypted all of the VOD channels that used to come in via clear QAM. So some kind of change happened here - maybe the same thing is happening now in Newnan?
