Crooks, seriously. Next steps:
1) Sue in small claims
2) Trash the already trashy BBB reports
3) Blog endlessly about this scam
4) PM Brendan hoping for a reply within one year

Best experience I've had claiming commissions is contacting Brendan directly. I too tried sending tickets which went unanswered and I finally closed them (this was last years shenanigans which since have been resolved).

All I can suggest is simply send a polite PM to Brendan and wait for him to get back to you. Hopefully this will help resolve your overdue earned commissions.

Nope. No such letter here.
I am surprised that Brendan would do that with dmolavi though, given how many referrals he was probably generating. Isn't it a good thing for VT that he is sending new customers for them?

That is amazing. I can't even remember how long it has been since I was expecting a check. I'll bet it is close to a year now. Yep. Waiting since November 2007. I have even had more referrals in that timeframe that I still have not gotten credit for either.

As I mentioned above, your best bet is to contact Brendan directly and he'll get your payment squared away.
