Lehighton, PA | PTD employee I don't know if anyone reads this - but I'm a PTD Tech Rep. I don't speak for the company - but I do work for them (and am a customer as well). If ever anyone has any questions regarding service, you can all the 800 number and there is someone around 24/7 (including holidays). Note that there is a difference between PTD (PenTeleData) and BRC (Blue Ridge Cable). BRC is the cable company and PTD provides support for BRC as well as Service Electric customers, plus PTD offers dialup service as well as DSL through Ironton Telco and Palmerton Telco.
