...but, isn't there a website that can actually tell you what patents are out there? I mean I had an idea for something and I googled it and low and behold...there's a patent for it.
Couldn't Vonage have done just the same? Or was there some blurry details about the tech, that seemed to have not been covered in some of the patents?
