| el is too expensive i just got off the chat line with them. told them i'd be switching to another dsl provider, which are few and far between here. i'm too far from the co 18,000 ft so i get lousy service anyway. but better than dialup. but to justify 24.95-39.95 a month for 1/2 speed dsl when ATT offers full speed for 14.95 is just ridiculous and i told them that too and more. the billing also sucks because they promise you one thing and the bill is fixed for a couple months then you have to chat back in to fix it. they can't even lock a low price in for more than a year. what gets me is how they think 2x price for 1/2 speed is such a bargain even with the "valued" total access software that i don't use. i also told them to wake up!  |
