maybe they are but the user base is to large to do all at once so do the normal updates and fix the people that are having the problem.

a new 10.7 BHR firmware update is apparently being released to users once they call in to report problems.


According to the above statement, they aren't.

Washington, DC		 They obviously don't have an automated system, and obviously they should. Having to wait for a customer to complain is not "automated"!
