Also, and be aware, that once you "convert" your normal phone line to ISDN you won't be able to use your telephone on it or a burglar alarm. You'll need an ISDN TA with POTs on it to hook up a phone to. Otherwise you'll just hear static.
How they can charge you almost $200 bucks is beyond me. Who's your local phone company? If you don't have access to DSL or Cable they have to offer ISDN.
