| Could the custormer service be worse I call the help line - it's sole purpose seems to be to tell customers not to call the help line. It does tell you to send an email to support@inphonex.com. I sent an email there and received an autoreply telling me that this was no way to go about getting service, that I should search for the correct link on the website instead. Found the link and resubmitted, they issued me a second ticket number, ignored all the information I provided them regarding my problem. I haven't heard from them since. |
