| As I brought up on a different post, and have seen in a couple other threads, the address JoiPhone uses is actually a UPS Store post office box. Last time I checked, you were not supposed to refer to Post Office Boxes as "Suites," as Joi Phone has on their website and in their Business License.
Yet another example of how JoiPhone deceives customers. I can't even imagine what their email and telephone support must actually look like. Considering it usually takes them 7-21 days to answer an email, if they ever do answer it, I cannot imagine they have very many employees on the payroll. Maybe the billing/sales/support staff is actually the person at the counter of the UPS store, who takes a look at the emails on their 15 min break from their day job.
Another thing I found interesting about JoiPhone's website - they post snippits claiming they are from independent reviewers with links to click on all of the articles about JoiPhone. When you do, it is basically a list of press releases issued by JoiPhone about how great they are! I have not found a mainstream fully independent review of the company anywhere online, other than the sites that allow actual users to comment on their experiences. I'll put a challenge out there to anyone to find a nationally recognized, non affiliated positive review about the JoiPhone company!
Even the user comments on the JoiPhone website are a joke, they get people to say nice things about the company early into the experience before they have a chance to actually find out that JoiPhone Unlimited plan is anything but Unlimited, and that you can lose your entire 440 dollar investment if you talk more than an hour a day on their unlimited line.
JoiPhone, they bring MISERY to your life!
